Shipping & Returns



Your parcel will be dispatched within 24 business hours of your payment being received and cleared. You can find the estimated delivery time table below:


The minimum transit time for standard delivery is different for each state. If by chance there is a delay in dispatching your parcel we will contact you.



Please choose carefully as we will not provide you with exchange/refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong selection.

Its very rare case that we have customers return products to us due to quality issues. But in case this happen, please note that we do undertake refunds or exchange any product delivered to you that is faulty. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must return it to us within seven (7) days of purchase. This will help us to conduct a further investigation and avoid any consequences that may affect other customers orders.

The product must be returned in original condition. We will need purchase details/receipts for verification so please send a copy of your order number first to the email: sales@pakonline.com.au. Our customer service staffs will follow up your requests and send your a return cases number within 24 hours. Any products return to us without a return case number will not be processed.
